Studio in The Barn

We operate from a barn, next to the house and surrounded by the fields of Suffolk, quite close to the east coast of England.

We make no claims to be a fully equipped recording studio with state of the art faciliies. For a start, the local wildlife and aircraft frequently make themselves heard, but that’s just part of life at the barn.

We do have a decent basic recording set-up suitable for solo/duo/small group acoustic live sessions and production of the weekly podcast show.

Semi-resident recording engineer Jeremy Gugenheim does an amazing job with limited resources and between us we manage to turn out some cracking material.

It is all very laid back and the coffee is good.
