The first Adnams Artist of the Month is Ingi who is based in Reykjavik, Iceland. The man with responsibility for brewing the Adnams range is 34 year old dad-of-one Fergus Fitzgerald.
“My first job was in a dairy testing cheese that had been stored at 25C for a month. I decided fairly quickly that was not for me.”
Fergus trained at the Murphy brewery in Cork and at Fullers in London, before moving to Adnams as assistant brewer 2004.
